Hello, I am Caitlin Major an illustrator, animator and designer based in Brisbane, Australia. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from QUT. I have professional experience in digital publishing and elearning, medical illustration and interactive design. My personal work includes writing, illustrating and self publishing Space Pyrates the comic, designing and animating the short film Amour Robotic and various other illustrations and doodles. Interactive design
This video demonstrates some of the interactive eLearning activites I designed and built while working at CSDS during 2011-2012. The activities range from simple rollover and drag and drop to more complex branching scenarios and simulations. All of the interactions shown are made in Flash using Actionscript 3.

Animation
Amour Robotic is my first animated film. Shot entirely on a Nikon D40 in Matakana New Zealand, this stop motion animation includes sets and puppets I designed and built by hand. A second layer of 2D animation was added using After Effects. Amour Robotic has screened internationally and won Best Non-Verbal Communication at AnimazeFest, LA.
